Rescue, Rehabilitation and Placement is a non-profit 501c(3) incorporation located in Pennsylvania (PA). We have been in continuous operation for over a decade, AC4H is a volunteer based all breed horse rescue located in a highly horse populated area. There are multiple race tracks are in our tri-state area as well as many auctions that supply the foreign owned three slaughter houses in the USA and Canada.

We are an all volunteer run 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, neglected, and unwanted horses, so they may be adopted into loving homes.
